parameters, and terms of engagement.
Key Investment Parameters
Eligible entities generally include Resident Individuals, Hindu Undivided Families (HUFs),
Partnerships, Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs), Companies, and other institutional investors as
permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
The minimum investment amount varies depending on the specific structured product, debt instrument,
or real estate opportunity. Please refer to the specific term sheet or placement memorandum for
exact minimum thresholds.
Investment tenures are typically structured in the medium to long term (e.g., 12 to 60 months)
aligned with the project lifecycle of the underlying real estate asset or debt structure.
Investments are predominantly structured through applicable debt or debenture instruments, such as
Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), structured debt agreements, or project-specific SPV structures.
Returns are calculated as per the predetermined yield outlined in the respective instrument
documents (targeting up to 14%-16% p.a. depending on the risk profile). The methodology could be
fixed, floating, or linked to specific project milestones.
Interest payouts and principal repayments are scheduled as per the terms of the issue. This may
involve monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual payouts, or cumulative returns paid upon maturity.
Redemption occurs at the end of the specified tenure. Premature redemption, if permitted, will be
subject to terms, conditions, and potential penal charges as documented in the instrument agreement.
Investments in real estate and structured debt are subject to market risks, regulatory changes, and
project execution risks. Investors must read the Risk Disclosure Document carefully before investing.
Required documentation includes the Subscription Agreement, Term Sheet, Debenture Trust Deed (if
applicable), and any other statutory forms mandated by regulatory authorities.
Strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) norms is mandatory. Investors must provide valid ID
proof (PAN, Aadhaar), Address Proof, Bank details, and recent photographs as per AML (Anti-Money
Laundering) guidelines.
All operations are conducted in compliance with prevailing corporate, financial, and real estate
regulations in India. Detailed regulatory disclosures are available on our Regulatory Disclosures page.
